参赛队伍要求   



1. 以小组形式参赛，每组不多于5人（不包括演员）
2. 每支参赛队伍仅限1部作品
3.每人仅限报1—2支队伍

a. Apply as a team of no more than 5 persons (except actors).
b. Submit only one video each team.
c. Each student was to join no more than two teams.

参赛作品要求   


1.作品主题：
参赛队伍需从以下五个主题中选择一个方向作为作品主题，并在作品阐述中表明类别。可选作品主题包括：
A.【镌 • 漫世华风】
B.【颂 • 璀璨东隅】
C.【思 • 静默黑白】
D.【承 • 轩昂红色】
E.【纳 • 盛世菁华】

Theme: Each team needs to choose one from the following five themes and clarify the theme of your work.
A. Worldwide Craze for Chinese Language and Culture
B. Beautiful Scenery of China
C. Traditional Morality of China
D. Socialist Core Values
E. BLCU as a Talent Tank

2.作品类别：
剧情片、纪实片、宣传片。
Video types: feature film, documentary, promotional and advertising videos.
3.作品时长：
正片时长5---30分钟，宣传片时长不得超过30秒（注：正片时长是指包含片头、片尾的整体影片时间长度）
Video length: 5 to 30 minutes for contest video (including title and tailor) and no more than 30 seconds for promotional video.
4.剧本摘要：
每组参赛队伍需要在2014年12月29日之前上交一份剧本摘要，简述选材内容和剧本思路，字数不限。
Draft script should briefly introduce the content and outline with no limits to word count and be submitted before 29th, Dec. 2014.
5.画幅宽高比：
4:3或16:9。
Aspect ratio: 4:3 or 16:9
6.宣传片要求：
每部作品需剪辑一部可以传达作品内容，具有吸引力的短片，作为宣传片参与线上投票。宣传片视频格式统一为MP4，分辨率最低要求1280*720，时间在30秒以内，宣传片需在2015年3月28日前上交。
Promotional video: Each team is required to cut attractive clips within 30 seconds as a promo video for online voting and submit it before 28th, Mar. 2015. Convert the promo video into MP4 file with the minimum resolution as 1280*720.
7.影片剧照：
每部作品需拍摄一张作为作品封面的剧照，尺寸最低要求1920*1080。
Film still: Each team is required to take a film still with the minimum size as 1920*1080.
8.作品阐述：
每组阐述必须包括作品名，主题所属类别，内部分工表和内容阐述三个方面的内容。
1)  作品名：每组作品需要确定一个影片名称，一旦提交后不得修改。
2)  主题所属类别：需填写且只填写【镌•漫世华风】、【颂•璀璨东隅】、【思•静默黑白】、【承•轩昂红色】、【纳•盛世菁华】五大类别中的一类。
3)  内部分工表：包括主创职能表和主要演员表。主创职能表涉及所有人员必须在参赛小组之内；主要演员小于或等于4人。
4)  内容阐述：以文字形式简述拍摄作品和创作灵感，以Word文档形式提交，字数在140字以内。
Interpretation：Interpretation should cover name, theme, workload division and content interpretation of your microfilm.
1) Name: Each team is required to identify a name for your microfilm and it can’t be changed once submitted.
2) Theme: Fill in only one of the five themes in the form.
3) Workload Division Form should include film staff and leading actors. Film staff should be members of the team while leading actors shouldn’t be more than 4.
4) Content Interpretation should introduce the film and inspiration behind it within 140 characters, and should be submitted as Microsoft Word file.
9.正片格式：
每组作品需要提交网络版和公映版两个版本（2015年4月5日之前）。视频格式均为MP4格式，如有音频提交，统一为MP3格式。其中网络版分辨率最低要求为720*576，公映版分辨率最低要求为1280*720。
Film Format: Each team is required to submit online version and release version of MP4 format before 5th, Apr. 2015). If you have audio file, please convert it into MP3 format. The minimum resolution for online version and release version should be 720*576 and 1280*720 respectively.
10.字幕要求：
1) 作品正片必须配中英文双语字幕；
2) 必须给对白、旁白、独白和解说加上字幕，处于画面下方，以字幕安全框下沿为底线；
3) 字体字号要求：中文字幕：黑体 35号；英文字幕：Times New Roman 33号；
4)  字体颜色：白色描黑边（如有遮幅，字幕加在遮幅上）；
5) 字幕位置固定，对齐方式统一。单一语种字幕单行显示，中文每行不多于15个汉字，除引号（“”）、书名号（《》）外不得有其他标点符号；中英文双语字幕，中文在上，英文在下，英文每页显示不多于2行。
Subtitle：
1) Final film should have subtitles in both Chinese and English.
2) Subtitles for dialogues, narration, soliloquy and interpretation are required and put below the picture scene with safety framework as bottom.
3) Font and size: Chinese subtitle: Boldface, 35; English subtitle: Times New Roman, 33;
4) Font color: White with black side
5) Subtitle position is required to be fixed and aligned. Single language subtitle should be in a single line. Chinese subtitle should be no more than 15 characters per and only quotation marks (“”), and book title marks (《》) are allowed. For bilingual subtitles, Chinese subtitles need to be put before English ones and the later should be no more than two lines per page.
11.相关版权要求：
1)  作品主题必须与大赛主题相符，作品内容必须积极健康向上，无暴力、色情、涉毒等不良内容，遵守国家法律法规。
2)  作品必须为原创，作品版权为参赛队伍所有，使用权归参赛者和主办方共有，主办方及承办方有权将作品用于宣传、推广活动。
3)  为保证比赛公平性，在首映礼之前任何参赛队伍不得将参赛作品私自上传网络平台。
4)  参赛作品严禁抄袭盗用他人作品，如发现此类违规行为，将取消该参赛队伍比赛资格。由版权问题引起的纠纷主办方概不负责。
5)  作品中含有非原创性的内容，包括画面、片段、歌曲或音乐，必须于片尾字幕中文字标示等内容的来源；
6)  如为改编作品，需由参赛队伍自行争取版权所有者同意，必须于片尾字幕以文字标示原作品来源。
Copyright：
1) The subject must be consistent with the contest themes. The content must be positive and healthy without violence, pornography, drug-related information. Each team must comply with state laws and regulations.
2) The microfilm must be original, and copyright belongs to the team. Applicants and sponsors share the right to use. The sponsors and organizer has the right to use the microfilms for promotional activities.
3) To ensure fairness, microfilms cannot be uploaded online before debut.
4) Applicants must not copy other people's works, otherwise the team will lose their qualifications. The sponsors will not be responsible for copyright disputes.
5) Sources of borrowed contents should be noted in the tailor.
6) The team should ask copyright owner for adaption permission and mark the source.
